Digital detox is time spent away from smartphones,laptops etc. You may feel that your digital use is taking over your life and causing too much stress.A survey by the American Psychological Association found that a fifth of U.S. adults found technology as a cause of stress.Research has found that using your phone in bed can cause insomnia and anxiety.I can be as guilty of this as the next person.After one particularly early start on my smartphone before getting up,I decided enough was enough.I now leave the phone outside the room where I sleep,I can still hear if the phone rings, but it is out of sight out of mind!Making yourself overtired is not good for your Health or Morale.Give yourself a break,give the mind a rest!
