Being Your Own Best Friend

Being your own Best Friend may sound like stating the obvious. Why would you not be your own Best Friend? Being your own Best Friend for Health and Weight Management requires some reflective thinking. You need to take time out to reflect. As Socrates said “The unexamined life is not worth living“.Just because you have always done things a certain way does not mean it is the Best Way for you.It helps to have a “Neutral Zone” such as in meditation which helps you to stand back and be honest with yourself as to what you do and don’t want.Maybe you are finding it difficult to carve out time out for yourself to do some yoga, meditation or Tai chi.If so ask yourself -why?Are you busy peddling the hamster wheel without reflecting on what you really want? Are you responding to the needs of everyone around you ,what about your needs?Reflect and become your own Best Friend!

A good programme to work out what you want is Future Authoring on https://www.selfauthoring.com
