If you want something you have to have discipline to be successful,whether it is a new job,new environment or new Body image.It is the small steps, brick by brick that will get you there.Nothing worthwhile is usually achieved instantly.We have to keep plugging,keep building,keep moving.It is taking the long term picture instead of the instant snapshot.In the moment,especially if we are overtired,fed up,feeling bad we may feel like throwing in the towel and having the full pot of ice cream or slouch instead of taking that walk .But if we can stop ,stand back and literally give ourselves a hug reaffirming our own value and worth we will be less likely to sabotage our plans.
